I read Blood Red Road right after I finished the Hunger Games trilogy. It was exciting, fast paced, and it featured strong and smart teen characters. Highly recommend for fans of adventure stories and recluctant readers. Perfect for Hunger Games fans who are looking for their next series!

'm totally in LOVE with this book. I started reading it after someone told me it was " better than the hunger games". Now that I've read it, I realize I love it just as much as I did the hunger games!!!!!!

I like the book, it reminded me about a other book called Ashes, Ashes because the characters are trying to survive while their enemies are trying to get them.

This was a WONDERFULLY AMAZING BOOK! The theme and plot were completely new and unique. The characters were lifelike and awesome. This book never got boring. I couldn't put it down. The way it was written was a bit confusing at first, but soon I understand it. This book was hilarious, heartwarming, breathtaking, suspensful and just plain extrodinary! I loved Jack and Saba's relationship. Saba was not a normal character, she had alot of different traits about her. I highly recommend this book. Can't wait till the next one!

I LOVED THIS BOOK! ONE OF MY FAVES AT THE MOMENT! No, it's not because i like the fact that blood is in the title. There was more to it. i'm happy to say that this was a good selection for the white pines. I had no qualms about the story line, the character and setting. It seemed to create a real world around me and i felt like I was a part of it. The accent was hard to get into, but once i shivelled out of the editor's coat, it was fun and exciting.

"Jack grins. Anyways, Saba likes to look at my bare chest. Lugh looks at me. Frowns. Is that a fact? he says. I feel myself go bright red. It is not a fact, I says. You stinker, Jack."

"I ain't never seen a creature like that before, she says. He's so smart, he's- More, like a person than a bird? I says. Yeah, she says. That's it. Whatever you do, I says, don't tell him that. I'll never hear the end of it."

Ever heard of the rule of three? he shouts as we run. No! If you save somebody's life three times, their life belongs to you. You saved my life today, that makes once. Save it twice more an I'm all yers.

Lugh goes first always first an I follow on behind. An that's fine. That's right. That's how it's meant to be.

Lugh shines like the sun. That must of made it easy fer them to find him. All they had to do was follow his light.
