Steady As You Go (SAYGo) is the exercise class designed to help older people reduce their likelihood of having a fall.

  • Engage in simple activities, seated in a chair, standing and walking
  • Improve balance, flexibility and strength
  • Feel physically better and more able
  • Enjoy the company of a friendly group of like-minded people

Free, no booking required but places are limited.
