Hear about Johan "Hans" Klisser, born in Amsterdam in 1927, who survived Nazi occupation and moved to New Zealand in 1951 with only $20. He founded Vogel's Bread with Dr. Max Reizenstein and later established Klisser's Farmhouse Bakery, which still produces the famous bread today.
Kristopher Clancy is the Education Director of the Holocaust Centre of New Zealand.
