Come along and hear Leanne Buchan talk about her exhibition  " Feather in Your Capture", and her photography journey. Leanne has received recognition from various photography competitions including the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography, Amateur Photography awards, and has had images published in Bird and Conservation magazines. 

Conservation is important to Leanne, and the profound impact we as humans have on our bird species. It is a goal through her bird photography to inspire action and drive positive change for our birds and their environments.

Joining Leanne will be Steve Attwood, a former Conservation journalist for New Zealand's Department of Conservation. Steve has a passion for telling the stories of New Zealand's birds and the environment in which they live. A skilled wildlife photographer, many of Steve's photographs have been published internationally, including a cover photo for the prestigious 'Nature' science magazine.
