Drop in and watch the short film, He Karu, He Taringa, a story about how a takiwātanga (autistic) child sees and hears the world.
To six-year-old Ben, the world is full of loud noises and frightening images. As Ben struggles with everyday life, his mother searches desperately to find a way to help her son.
This film is 13 minutes long and will be on loop between 5-6pm on weekdays and 2-3pm on weekends throughout April. The screening will be under the stairs and there will be staff to guide you if needed.
