I believe this one was adapted to iron man 3 or 2? But it is awesome the artwork looks so good I can’t tell if it’s CG or the the hand of a human!

This oldish Iron Man collection is much more connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of Iron Man than the old comics were (except in this comic Iron Man is still not publicly connected to Tony Stark). The idea of Iron Man just being a guy in a suit as compared with having nanotechnology connecting him to the suit at the speed of thought is an important differentiation, and it's good to see how it happened in the comics. Of course, in current continuity I think Tony Stark died and was an Artificial Intelligence for a while (but is now back being biological again?) so we've long moved past him being the dude in a garage he is at the beginning of this book.

A reboot for the Iron Man comic series and the primary source material for Iron Man III. Also the new origin for this was used in Iron Man I. Good art, good story, well worth it for Iron man fans.
