i was surprised at how good this was!

The start of the series and a fabulous book. This series involves Robert Bruce wanting to be King of Scotland. He enlists a band of Highland warriors (from different clans) to help him on his quest. They're not all hanging around in each book, which concentrate on each of the warriors finding love.
