One Christchurch man, armed only with a ukulele, has written a song he hopes will make Cantabrians smile again. James Beck wrote Christchurch City (My Home Town), and shot the video with the help of random buskers he met in City Mall, and his dancing friend Christian Gallen. Alongside shots of CBD red zone fencing, the video also features Cantabrians at many of the popular Gap Filler sites dotted around the city. Beck says the video is about living with hope for the future and coming to terms with the past.
