Great for when you see an unfamiliar fruit or vegetable and wonder, what do you do with that?

I love this book so much I received it as a gift after checking it out from the library. It has loads of pictures and great background information on everything from fish and cuts of meat to sausages, cheese, herbs, fruits, veggies and more. The great photos help me to know what to look for and the information tells me how to store and serve things that I would never have thought to try without some sort of guidelines. This is a wonderful resource.
