A rollicking steampunk adventure story that will appeal to fans of Joss Whedon's 'Firefly'. Full of fantastic world-building, expect an entire world living and trading between air ships, fighting with guns and blades, and even daemonists and dark arts! Like Joss Whedon's series, we follow a ragtag crew of steampunk pirates as they troll the skies and skirt the law. Great characters, good pace, and enough humour to be entertaining without taking away from the story. If you like Joe Abercrombie, or the 'Mortal Engines' books then you'll love this series!

Author K.W. Jeter is a Steampunk staple, and was in fact the first author to refer to their work as 'steampunk'. 'Infernal Devices' is a great adventure full of time travel, mysteries, adventure, and a fair share of femme fatals. George is left his father's watch shop after his death, despite having no skills in mending, making, or repairing timepieces or "infernal devices". As if this wasn't hard enough, chaos ensues after a very particular item is stolen from the shop, plunking George into an adventure he couldn't have anticipated.
