Self-Care Journal Group

The Self Care Journal group is held every Wednesday at Linwood Library.

Journaling is a great way to gain self-awareness, process emotions, make decisions, and enhance memory.

Everybody is welcome! Come along and meet the group.

Please bring your own writing supplies. Journal prompts and other resources will be provided to spark creativity.
