In support of TOIORA exhibition - exploring the interconnection of Māori Weaving and wellbeing in Te Pito Huarewa | South Base Gallery, we are delighted to host a speaker series exploring Māori Art practices and wellbeing.
A panel discussion with Paula Hira-Rigby, Chair, Te Rōpū Raranga Whatu o Aotearoa (NZ Māori Weavers Council), and local weavers regarding the interconnection of their wellbeing journey and Māori weaving.
