Do you have issues that you would like to discuss with your local Councillor? Papanui Library are proud to host Victoria Henstock, Councillor for Papanui Ward. Victoria will be available 2pm-4pm on every Thursday of the month except the fourth Thursday. On the fourth Thursday of the month, she will be available at Redwood Library.
Appointments are preferred, but time will be available for enquiries and chats on a drop-in basis.
