WHAIAO presents: Books of Mana 

Tūhuratia te mātauranga Māori!

We invite you to an engaging panel discussion with Jacinta Ruru (Raukawa, Ngāti Ranginui), Angela Wanhalla (Kāi Tahu) and Jeanette Wikaira (Ngāti Pukenga, Ngāti Tamaterā, Ngāpuhi) the contributors to ‘Books of Mana: 180 Māori Authored Books of Significance’

Books of Mana was recently longlisted for the Ockham New Zealand Book Awards for Illustrated Non-Fiction. We will be hosting a panel discussion with the key contributors to Books of Mana, exploring the process around creating this resource and the importance of a resource such as this.
