For most areas analysed, mean RSL estimatesthat have been modified to incorporate co-seismic and post-seismic deformation largely fall within the 17th to 83rd percentile values (66% ‘likely’ range) previously estimated through the NZ SeaRise programme. However, in areas such as New Brighton and Southshore, significant co- and post-seismic displacements mean that these areas have likely exceeded the magnitude of sea-level rise that was previously projected by NZ SeaRise to 2050."--Page ii.
